GastroElevate was born in the Netherlands — where food safety standards are among the most rigorous in Europe, and where the gap between what inspectors expect and what operators have time to produce is at its widest.
We watched talented chefs spend Sunday evenings filling in paper temperature logs. We saw hotel F&B managers rebuilding the same HACCP checklist in Excel for the third time after the file corrupted. We met catering operators who missed a compliance window not because they were careless — but because nobody had built a tool that fit the reality of a busy kitchen.
We didn't build GastroElevate to sell software. We built it because the problem was real, the people dealing with it deserved better, and nobody else was solving it properly.
