Every engagement at GastroElevate is structured to protect both parties — the collaborator and the company. Below is the full legal framework that governs all collaborations.
Submission of an application, participation in any freelance project, or completion of an internship with GastroElevate Group does not constitute, imply, or guarantee an employment relationship or future employment offer.
Any future employment relationship shall be subject to a separate written employment agreement, full compliance with applicable Dutch labour law, internal performance evaluation, and explicit approval by GastroElevate Group management. No promises of employment are made at any stage of the application or collaboration process.
